This commitment was recognized in 2025 with the Great Place to Work® certification, one of the world’s most prestigious recognitions for workplace culture and employee experience. The certification was awarded following a comprehensive assessment of our organizational environment, based on a confidential global survey completed by Farlabo’s employees.
Farlabo achieved a Trust Index® of 92%, reflecting the strong level of trust across our teams and highlighting key aspects of our culture, including approachable leadership, respect, collaboration, flexibility and active listening.
One year later, this commitment was once again acknowledged with our inclusion in the Best Workplaces Spain 2026 ranking, published by Great Place to Work®, where Farlabo was named the 6th best company to work for in Spain in the 251–500 employees category. This distinction followed an assessment process involving 437 organizations and the feedback of more than 430,000 employees.
This achievement reinforces our belief that a culture built on trust, active listening and opportunities for people to develop is the best foundation for creating a strong, innovative and future-ready organization.
